Please read this first: who we are
We are an independent parts supplier, not a franchised Citroen dealer. What we sell is quality aftermarket stock, tested used components, and approved alternatives for the Citroen range.
In practice, that means:
- Supplier warranty applies. The aftermarket parts we sell carry the warranty of the supplier who made them.
- Alternatives meet or beat the original spec. Premium aftermarket components are chosen against OEM tolerances, not against price alone.
- We answer to nobody but you. Trading independently means we recommend the part that fits, not the part a franchise tells us to move.
- Fitment gets checked first. We match the component to your model, year and engine variant before we quote.
- Get it fitted properly. We recommend that a qualified technician does the installation.
Asking us for a quote, or buying from us, means you understand you are dealing with a specialist independent supplier on those terms.
These are the terms that sit behind everything on procitroenspares.co.za. Browsing the site, sending us an enquiry or buying a part means you accept them as written below. If something here does not sit right with you, phone us before you order rather than after.
1. Definitions
- "Products" — any Citroen part, component or accessory we sell you
- "Services" — the supply of those parts and anything related to getting them to you
- "Customer", or "you" — the person or business buying from us
- "Company", "we" or "us" — Pro Citroen Spares
2. Stock and Product Details
- What is on the shelf changes daily, so availability is never guaranteed until we confirm it
- Descriptions, specifications and prices can all change, and we are not obliged to give notice
- We check our product information carefully, but we cannot promise every detail is flawless
- Any product may be withdrawn from our range at any point
3. Prices and Paying Us
- Every price we quote is in South African Rand and includes VAT where VAT applies
- Quoted prices can move, and are not held open indefinitely
- Whatever payment terms appear on your quote are the terms that apply
- Where an account falls into arrears or presents a credit risk, we may decline to supply
4. Warranty and Sending Something Back
Returns within 30 days
- You have 30 days to send back an item that is unopened and unused
- It must come back in its original packaging, with the receipt
- Manufacturer warranty applies to quality aftermarket parts wherever the maker offers one
Premium aftermarket defects
- Premium aftermarket components are covered by the supplier's own warranty
- Where the fault is a manufacturing defect, the return window is 14 days
- Return shipping is for the customer's account
